..pdfИзначально программа была направлена на вовлечение и развертывание. Целью было внедрить основные технологии на ограниченном количестве объектов, чтобы получить данные, повторный хороший результат и создать техническую и архитектурную основу для последующих «широких маневров». Специалисты отмечают, что при комплексном подходе к цифровой инфраструктуре и ITархитектуре у BP получилось создать интегрированное решение, нечто большее, чем простые ответы на отдельные вопросы. В рамках программы бизнес изменения, повторения успехов основывался на продуманном использовании инструментов для их обеспечения: определение основных участников и их вовлеченность в процесс, прозрачность и определенность ожиданий персонала во время и после проекта внедрения.
Оптимизация включает в себя вершину пирамиды МБ (рис. 8.6). Данная схема позволяет понять, что четкая и продолжительная возможность оптимизации может быть получена лишь на основе

надежной инфраструктуры объекта вместе с продвинутым уровнем удаленного контроля производительности. Предоставление надежной платформы для оптимизации является основным направлением нескольких программ МБ. В основном программа направлена на принятие лучших оперативных решений путем использования возможностей данных, полученных в реальном времени, в производстве и на месторождениях.
