from North-West Russia

Abstract. The present article focuses on parents, mostly mothers, of chil-

dren from Russia and mostly from North-West Russia, who immigrated to the nortСОrn pКrt oП NorаКв Тn tСО ОnН oП tСО 1990’s КnН Тn tСО ПТrst НОМКНО oП tСО

21st century. The Russian immigration to North-Norway is particularly strong,

and therefore it is an obvious choice to focus on this group. Attention to the opinions of parents on the children-ТЦЦТРrКnts’ ХТПО Тn sМСooХ КnН oЮtsТНО

school, their friendship, their contact with the fatherland and attitudes toward future occupation, allows us to better understand their position and views of mutual understanding of children welfare and attitude other people who surround them in the new country.
