accessories – smth which is not a necessary part of smth larger but which makes it more useful, effective or attractive
export earnings – revenue from exports
collapse (n,v) – heavy and sudden fall in price (n), fall heavily and suddenly (v)
import licence – a document obtained from the government giving permission to import certain stated goods
import surcharge – an extra tax on imports, in addition to ordinary customs duties as a temporary means of controlling imports, usually applied by the government of a country that is in difficulties with its balance of payment
import duties – tax imposed on selected goods when they enter a country foreign exchange – currencies of other countries
external bank accounts – domestic currency held in an overseas bank bid (n,v) – an offer of a price for smth, to offer a price for smth bidder - a person who offers a price for smth
concession – a right given formally by a government to use an area of land for a stated purpose duty-free – of goods on which no duty is charged
overdue – late in being paid outstanding – not yet done or paid
credit facilities – special arrangement where a supplier allows a trusted customer to buy goods without immediate payment, this payment being made after an agreed time
settle the account – to pay (bill, debt, charge) clear the account – to pay in full
