ETHNO-CULTURAL SITUATION IN ALTAI REGION: CURRENT STATE AND EXPERT ASSESSMENTS

OF DEVELOPMENT FORECASTS

Abstract. The article presents an analysis of issues related to expert assessment of the ethno-cultural situation in the border region of Russia. The expert assessments of the current state and dynamics of international relations in recent years are presented. The factors that determine the change of international relations in the Altai Territory are characterized. It describes the forecasts of experts with respect to the development of ethno-cultural situation.
