Characteristics of the asphalt mixing unit DS-185, used in producing the asphalt mix in «Construction of the road NPS - 2»
Asphalt mixing unit is designed to prepare asphalt concrete mixtures used in road and other types of construction, quality, composition and materials used meet the requirements of State Standard 9128-84.
The unit provides a rapid change in the recipe and can perform such operations of technological process:
- pre-dosing of stone materials in the supply unit and it's delivery to the drying unit;
- drying and heating of the stone material to the operating temperature in the drying unit and supply of heated material to the vibrating screen of the mixing unit;
- sorting of heated stone materials in the four fractions, temporary storage of it in bunker of hot stone materials, dosing and delivery of them to the mixer;
- cleaning of exhaust gases in the preliminary stages of cleaning, high-performance cyclone and venturi scrubber;
- use of collected dust by applying it to the bay of sand bunkers of hot stone materials;
- receiving, storage, heating up to operating temperature of bitumen dosing and delivery of it into the mixer; - прием минерального порошка, временное хранение, дозирование и выдачу его в смеситель;
- mixing of the components of asphalt concrete mixtures, the load of ready mix to vehicles or delivery of it with skiphoist to the unit of ready mix, and then in the vehicle.
The unit is provided:
- automatic dosing of stone materials, bitumen, mineral powder, mixing of it and delivery of ready mix into the unit;
- re-use of water (water recycling) for venturi scrubber;
- remote control of all major mechanisms;
- oil heating of bituminous communications.
Control of the entire unit is centralized and managed with microprocessor control system. Bitumen heater has its own self-control panel.
Unit is made in climatic version U has category 1 State Standard 15150-69 for operation at an ambient temperature of 273 (0 0С) to 313 (40 0С).
